Refund policy

Customers must notify Meeple via email at info@meeple.au, or directly to a Meeple sales representative, of a return request within 7 days of reception for any goods that are damaged, defective, or found not to match the product description or original order quantity.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Customer must contact Meeple in writing, with return authorisation to be provided in writing in return;
  • Goods must be in the same condition in which they had been received and in original untagged packaging;
  • Return requests require photo evidence of an issue with Goods as part of submission;
  • The customer is required to provide proof of purchase as part of the return request.

Meeple retains the right to deny Return Authorisation for any change of mind, as all sales are final.

Return Approval Process

Once Goods have been accepted and proven faulty, Meeple may elect to make whole any claim by way of providing:

  • Additional discount in lieu of product return;
  • Issuing repair or replacement items, if available and can be sourced, directly to the Customer's business address;
  • A credit note, issued to the Customer's business email address after confirmed reception of faulty product.

Upon Return Authorisation approval, Meeple will issue to Customer a return shipping label with instructions on how Goods are to be packaged should goods need to be returned.

Retailers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return. The minimum cost of a return label is $10 AUD, but may be higher depending on the size of the approved return. This cost will be deducted from any supplied credit note, or separately invoiced in the case of a replacement unit being supplied.

Upon reception of Goods, Meeple will assess Goods match details of Return Authorisation, inclusive of the following:

  • Goods match approved return by Meeple;
  • Goods match the condition outlined in the return authorisation submission;

Meeple will not accept any Goods returned without a written Return Authorisation issued. Any items issued for return without authorisation will be rejected and returned to the Customer at Customer expense.

It is strongly advised to take images of the item(s), packaging, and how items were wrapped inside the packaging before sending the goods back to Meeple.

Meeple reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Retailers will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be posted on our website.
